How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because of the nature of hair products, all sales are final once shipped.
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Are your wigs ready to wear?
Yes. All wigs are professionally constructed and ready to install.
Some customers may choose to customize (bleach knots, cut lace, or style), but it is not required.
What is the density of your wigs?
Our wigs range from 200% to 250% density depending on the unit.
The exact density for each wig is listed in the product details on its product page.
Are these wigs restocked?
Most of our wigs are limited stock and will not be restocked once sold out.
However, new wigs are added to the site every month, so be sure to check back often for new styles, colors, and textures.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order is processed for shipping and cannot be modified.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We offer local pickup
We are located in Garner, NC.
Local pickup orders are ready within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details.
Where is the pickup location?
The pickup address is sent privately by email once your order is marked ready for pickup. The address is not displayed on the website.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup is available during the following hours:
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Weekend pickup is not available.
Do I need to bring anything to pick up my order?
Yes. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
Can I pick up my order on the weekend?
No. Pickup is available Monday through Friday only.
