Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship all orders using USPS with the following shipping options available at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)

• USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Lux Suduction Hair by Semaj is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Lux Suduction Hair is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available for select orders in the Garner, NC area. Orders must be paid in full before pickup.

Orders will be ready within 24 hours of purchase. Pickup details, including the address, will be sent via email once the order is marked ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours:
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Weekend pickup is not available. Customers must bring their order confirmation when picking up.
