All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and product handling.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If an order is canceled, the customer will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Promotional pricing, including soft launch discounts, may be limited in quantity and time.

Payment

All payments are securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not store or process full payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, Lux Suduction Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or address errors provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

All wig and hair sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation will be contested with tracking and proof of shipment.

Limitation of Liability
