Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all wig and hair sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

We only accept claims for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, or

  • Items that are incorrect (wrong wig, length, or color sent)

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
luxsuductionhair@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, or styled

  • Wigs with lace cut or altered

  • Wigs that have been dyed, bleached, or customized

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering errors

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation will be contested using shipping and tracking evidence.
